Consulting

As part of our stand-alone Consulting Service;

We provide singular or packaged consulting hours, to support you in understanding what CLM is, providing insight of the CLM market and trends, discussing different vendors, preparing for a CLM implemetation - CLM readiness, and other relevant advice according to your needs.

We also provide packages to engage in deep dive sessions around your more complex needs and requirements. This Service is for businesses looking to work with us to idea up a solution design without committing to a developement/implementation right away. 

As well as, for those organizations with more complex Agreement Processes - looking for deployments spanning multiple departments or across the whole organization.

With this Service we undergo a extensive break-down at each stage of the Discovery & Design phase, producing a highly detailed low-level Use Case identification and detailed Business Process and Solution Design Documentation. Including, a break-down of Project Resources, Costs and Timeline expected. This is to ensure you have a full view of the intended solution (including all the build aspects, features and decisions), before signing off on development. We call this blueprinting.

CLM

As part of the CLM Service, we offer two main CLM paths: 

1) CLM Essentials - involves usage of out the box features and templated processes that can be tuned to your requirements, minimum customization.

2) CLM - involves development of custom features and processes that can be tailored to your requirements. Medium to Complex customization.

The difference between the paths depend on the level of customization required and both paths cover the following  stages of implementation;

- Consultation (High-level discussion around your needs). 

- Discovery & Design (Low-level requirements gathering and solution design)

- Build & Test (development of the solution and testing to ensure solution works as expected.)

- Training & Deployment (skilling up the team using the solution and then moving the solution into your production environment).

These phases will ensure the succesful development and implementation of the solution features and outcomes you have decided on. These generally include the following deliverables - e-signature selection (if required), attribute mapping, document configuration (using templates), workflow automation (negotiation process), contract storage, reports & dashboard creation, AI insights (if selected by customer) and user management.

Support

As an optional add-on to the CLM Service, we also offer;

1) Admin Support Service 

We offer administration management once implmentations are completed, with one of our trusted in-house specialists providing admin support to you on an on-going basis - until you become comfortable managing the solution independently. 

2) Maintenance & Support Service 

Subscribing to this Service Package with us allows you to benefit from ongoing solution maintenance for a pre-agreed term length. With this service, we will be with you throughout your CLM journey, to set you up for long-term success.

This service includes after-care for your implementation to ensure you are capable and comfortable using the solution independently.

3) Enhancement Services - 

Enhancement support is available on a package basis (depending on hours required for development). This is the right service for you should you decide to build upon the solution, add other features, or scale the solution to other teams in your organization.

This covers any deliverables, outcomes and features not in scope during initial implementation.
